This individual takes pride to present Razer, gets great satisfaction when helping customers with Razer products, and develops a long relationship with Razer brand.Essential duties and responsibilities: Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; proactively answering questions based off customer cues, as well as quickly responding to their inquiries Knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customers Ensure that all customers receive high quality of service and quality merchandise Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers Regularly communicate with Store Manager Team to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs Ensure company standards are always met  Assist in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times Stock and organizes merchandise as necessary Assist in the execution of the product display and remerchandising as directed by store management team Assist in receiving regular deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security Perform other duties as assigned   Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 2+ years experience in retail customer service, consumer electronics a plus Motivated and passionate about gaming industry and being part of a team Customer service focus Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service Available to work a variety of hours, which may include mornings, evenings/nights, weekends Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficient in verbal and written English language Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of basic POS principals and Cash Handling Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business Strong knowledge of gaming industry is required Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent experience  Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively all types of inquiries. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.  Mathematical skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.  Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in unusual situations. Ability to use effective deductive reasoning is essential.  Computer skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets, database and reporting tools.  Certificate and licenses: No certifications needed.  Supervisory responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities.   Work environment:  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
