Savvy creator of engaging and authentic social media content to showcase our culture and valuesExperience with marketing lead gen funnel. From content strategy to CRM use and management, you will support managing campaign leads through the funnelBring creative ideas and support the execution of programs and to solve for new challenges as neededAssist with creation and/or update of recruiter tools, training or activities to support recruiter enablementLead content calendar and metrics reporting. Runs regular reports for program(s) to measure progress and constantly seeks opportunities to improve the programYou lead the training, communication and continuous adoption efforts for employee engagement.
