The CSM drives collaboration with client and internal cross functional teams to manage client implementations and meet client requirements timely and efficiently. The CSM also owns and manages a very broad range of account and service related client questions, requests, and issues to resolution. The CSM will be a primary point of contact for a number of key global accounts.The CSM manages the on-going customer service relationship and serves as the primary point of contact through the client life-cycle. The CSM is the customer advocate, responsible for the overall satisfaction of clients.The CSM is also instrumental in offering guidance and mentoring to newer, less experienced CSMs. The portfolio of clients for the CSM position is generally strategic in nature, very large in scope/complexity, with a strong global presence. The CSM is expected to work independently and cross functionally on all complex client requests and issues with minimal management guidance needed.What you will be doing (Responsibilities/Tasks) Summer Project: Work with our Customer Success Team to launch pro-active initiatives that will improve the customer experienceWorking on real-life projects that will add true value and have a big impact on our businessOpportunity to network and collaborate with other interns across the globeTake part of our summer programme with executive speaker series, networking events, shark tank project presentations and much more!Working on current business projects and solutions that will add true value and have a big impact on our business   Opportunity to network and collaborate with other interns across the globe Take part of our summer program with executive speaker series, networking events, shark tank project presentations and much more! Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2023-September 2024) Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)  Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software Passionate about creating a first class customer experience internally and externallyAbility in building positive relationships with internal and external customersHow to ApplyPlease submit your application by providing the following:Up to date resume that includes your availability (start and end date) and expected graduationPlease apply to this job posting only if you are available full time for an internship during the stated period.What’s nextThe Equinix New to Career team will be reviewing applicants on a rolling basis throughout October and November and will reach out to applicants accordingly.
