We are a collaborative team looking to broaden our range of experiences and backgrounds; we are looking to transform the function in strategic, innovative and exciting ways.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow strong relationships with key B2B influencers across digital infrastructure, multicloud, telecom, edge and aaSResponsible for leading a cohesive strategy across the business – bringing influencer relationships, focused on near and longer-term digital infrast / multicloud / aaS strategies and executionDrive engagement opportunities through influencers’ platforms, communications and marketing to ensure alignment with our engagement plans Partner with external agency, AR managers, social media and PR team to develop tiered engagement modelCollaborate across executive and internal communications, social business teams to identify internal influencers and bring those people into development / execution of this programExplore influencer communities relevant to digital infrastructure, multicloud and aaS, to extend perspectives we’re listening to into new strategic areasSurface content / plans through content councils for marketing campaigns and social amplification considerationActively participate in social outreach and monitor key influencersSecure multimedia opportunities with Equinix SMEs/leaders and influencersManage the agency relationship, budget and project allocation of funds to influencersQualificationsDemonstrate an ability to think strategically, practically and creativelyAbility to influence others to achieve resultsAbility to collaborate across different groups internallyAbility to prioritize projects and deliverablesA great writer and editor of social contentBrings a clear understanding of the different social platforms and how to operate with each channelExperience being in front of a camera and interviewing influencers for social channel amplificationTypically requires 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degreeFulltime remote position in tier 2 or 3 markets preferred; flexible hours to support projects in different time zonesThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $128,000 to $211,000California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $119,000 to $196,000Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $143,000 to $178,000Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
