At Workday, our HR team innovates & applies contemporary talent and leadership practices that build high performing teams; enables leaders to operate at scale; and amplifies our employee first culture.About the RoleIn this role, you will have an opportunity to drive significant business growth and make an immediate impact by leading the team that supports Workday’s Global Revenue executives and directly supporting key Sales Leaders.   This role is hands-on when it comes to Executive Coaching, M&A Integration, Workforce Analytics, & Talent Management initiatives like succession planning & leadership development. To do this, you’ll keep a pulse on workforce analytics, utilizing Workday’s innovative HCM products.Conversely, you will lean on an ecosystem of HR CoEs to lead Compensation and Job Design, Performance Management, Investigations, & D&I. The successful candidate is a strategic HRBP who embodies Workday’s culture and core values. This role requires a combination of expertise in strategic partnering as well an ability to maintain the role of a trusted coach - this combo enables you to regularly & confidently influence. About YouSuccessful candidates will have expertise in strategic partnering, known as a strong mentor and trusted coach - a combination of which enables you to influence scale & culture.   Basic Qualifications Deep business understanding: ability to enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies3+ years’ experience as a people leader managing People Business Partner professionals.  Strong skills related to analyzing employee data to create valuable, actionable insights History of building & deploying People Programs that are laser-focused to drive measurable, positive change Ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Relations, Compensation, D&I HRBPs, etc. Ability to promote the Workday People Strategy - driving awareness and commitment. Other Qualifications 10+ years of experience, at least 8 years in a strategic HRBP Role with experience supporting a Revenue Generating Executive at the top 1-2 levels of the organization.Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, presentation, meeting facilitation.Operating at scale, including exceptional discipline, operational rigor and time management skills.  Ability to seamlessly transition between “thinking on your feet” and “looking around corners” As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer.
