As a Healthcare Field Service Executive for our Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities in your area. You will be a key member of the Workday Services sales team, working alongside the Workday Account Executives, driving Workday Subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment.About the RoleYou’ll use your experience with consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects put together a plan for a successful project, including scope, resources, timeline, and costs. You’ll employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday’s SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the efficient, modern alternative, and you will be an authority in Workday’s innovative deployment methodology. You will work closely with Workday Partners to help them plan successful projects and grow their business. Candidates who are not vaccinated due to a sincerely held religious belief, medical reasons, or other legally-protected reason should contact accommodations@workday.com to explore what, if any, reasonable accommodations or exemptions Workday is able to offer.About YouWhat you’ll do:Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can optimally position the value of Workday Professional Services.Work with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to define a Services Strategy for customers.Present Workday Customer Services overview and conduct services discovery sessions.Build and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with Workday Service PartnersAssess project team training needs for prospectsMaintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and services forecast data.Handle, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work and other contractual documentationProvide support for services activities and events. Basic Qualifications:4+ years' experience leading Financial or ERP implementation projects – Financial systems, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable4+ years' experience leading implementation projects for Procurement and Inventory (Supply Chain Management)4+ years' experience in Professional Services sales, preferably in ERP3+ years proven experience in HealthcareOther Qualifications:Proven track record in leading complex services sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful service revenue and profitability attainment preferred.Understand and can effectively explain the benefits of cloud architecture.Proven understanding of vendors, products, and services in the Financials Enterprise Application space.Great presentation skills while participating in a fast-paced, dynamic product and services sales cycle.Strong attention to detail and experience with commercial processes and tools, including RFP responses, project calculation and/or estimation tools, and scope description and/or contract documentationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to travel up to 50%Workday is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.Further, pursuant to applicable local ordinances, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.You may view the Workday's Pay Transparency Policy, and Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law notice, by clicking on their corresponding links.Workday is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans during our application process.
