Together we bring problem-solving, organization, and just the right level of rigor to managing the HR portfolio and its many projects.About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and multifaceted P&P (HR) Strategic Planning Principal to join our team. This individual needs to be agile, able to move with speed, and balance between communicating frequently with P&P leaders while at the same time understanding the details of the P&P Portfolio. This role is the center hub for all projects related to supporting our employees, from the most complex and cross functional HR projects to the smaller enhancements and cyclical projects.   About YouBasic qualificationsDefine, communicate, and ensure accountability to our ‘Annual Planning’ timeline & process, developing key content throughout Partner with Project Leaders, functional representatives and support partners to stay informed, share key information and coordinate conflicts and dependencies across the portfolio Develop, monitor and report on portfolio progress including dashboards, surfacing key metrics, and various P&P roadmaps. Develop content for Portfolio Review Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other reporting cadences, communicating and providing insights catered to each audience Manage Portfolio Management tool, serving as the P&P subject matter expert and maintaining our environmentOther Qualifications Strategic/Systems thinker with the ability to connect the dots, hold people accountable and navigate conflicting priorities HR and Portfolio/Project Management knowledge preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to tell a compelling story while providing the right level of visibility to leaders  Highly organized and detail oriented with outstanding time management and task prioritization abilitiesCapable of managing the technical aspects of the portfolio within our Portfolio Management toolComfortable managing client relationships with senior P&P leaders in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Highly collaborative, always focused on working with the larger team to support successful project outcomes As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law. Workday is an equal opportunity employer. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
