This new organization will include our Global Campaigns, Analyst Relations, Industry Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Center of Excellence, Experience Marketing (events), the Customer Experience Center team, and the Creative team. With this change, we are seeking to have a single overall leader for the Creative team, who will lead all the creative groups and be on the leadership team of this new organization.About the RoleWe are seeking an expert and multifaceted Executive Creative Director to oversee the creative strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives. The Executive Creative Director will be responsible for directing a team of creative professionals to deliver outstanding work across website design and UX, demand generation campaign creative, video production studio, copywriting, and event creative and onsite experiences. Your leadership will be key to driving the creative and execution of initiatives that accelerate growth and drive revenue for Workday.Responsibilities:Develop and lead all aspects of the execution of creative strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand vision.Lead a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, video producers, and event creatives, ensuring their work is of the highest quality and meets project objectives.Lead all aspects of the design and user experience of our website, ensuring that it aligns with our brand guidelines and provides an exceptional user experience for our customers.Develop demand generation campaign creative that is visually engaging and compelling, using a range of media, including video, print, digital, and social.Lead our in-house video production studio team, ensuring that all video content aligns with our brand guidelines and is produced to the highest quality.Oversee the copywriting team, ensuring that all written content is on-brand, engaging, and effectively communicates our value proposition.Lead the team driving the creative aspects of our events, including booth design, signage, and other onsite experiences.Partner with the Brand and Advertising team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Campaigns, Global Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Marketing Strategy, Planning and Operations, to drive growth initiatives and support marketing campaigns.Partner with Marketing Strategy, Planning and Operations to build an agile, speed to market model, while identifying clear priorities and trade-offs..Run and optimize marketing budgets across all Creative initiatives to increase return on investment.Continuously measure and analyze initiatives to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform and evolve the Creative team services offerings.Develop and mentor a successful team of creative professionals, encouraging a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.About YouThe leader for the Creative team will have strong leadership and management skills, with a consistent track record of leading and developing impactful teams. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
