Ready to be a Titan?We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing tech company that is building the operating system of the trades. In this role, you will be responsible for building, and interpreting models to help our Customer Success Teams make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our team of engineers and data scientists to develop and maintain data and ML models, and assist with data-driven process improvements within the company's Operations team.What you'll do:Develop and maintain machine learning models and ML pipelines to help inform critical business decisions and guide day to day operational processesCollaborate with data engineering and product teams to develop and improve data-driven tools and processes to improve both the customer experience and company efficiency.Monitor data quality and ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.Continuously learn and apply new technologies and tools to improve models running in production and better inform strategic decisionsWhat you'll need:Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in data analysis and data modeling.Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.Comfortable using data science python packages like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and transformers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Expertise with machine learning concepts and algorithms.Experience using cloud computing platforms (especially Azure) to deploy models and automate predictions is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with transformers and how generative AI models like chatGPT can be used to drive company-wide efficiency.
