In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to help our customers (primarily pest control companies) reach their target audience through a variety of digital marketing tactics. You’ll work closely with the customer success and performance teams to ensure that client’s marketing goals are being monitored and met. The primary goal is to help our customers achieve their goals across the marketing funnel to drive leads, increase customer acquisition and conversion rates.Duties and Responsibilities:This role prioritizes strategy and analytical skill with an emphasis on SEO and paid ad performance, reporting, ROI analysis, and strategic account managementDevelop and communicate digital marketing strategies to assist with the sale of marketing services and well as ongoing performanceUnderstand how to build and use dashboards to monitor performance across digital channelsAnalyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer success to develop and communicate marketing plansCreate and manage budgets for digital campaigns and initiativesUnderstanding of Google platforms such as Search Console, Adwords, Trends, Business Profiles, Analytics, and Local Service Ads to analyze and optimize marketing campaignsMonitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and market changes that may impact digital marketing strategiesStay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and techniques and recommend new strategies to improve marketing performance, such as SEO and PPC advertisingQualifications3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing agency environment.Knowledge of the pest control and home services industries is a plus.Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer retention and growth.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and customer success software.Proficient in Google Analytics and knowledge in Google Ad Words and SEO fundamentalsBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
