We are Customer Zero, the best example of Salesforce products delivered globally, at scale, sustainably.The Sr. Director for Product and Program Management will advise a team of product managers, Technical Program managers, scrum Leads, and analysts in BT Technology Services. Providing strategic product guidance, this people and product leadership role is also responsible for effective executive partner engagement and meeting the needs of a 700+ org with a high emphasis on Security, employee experience, and innovation. Responsible for prioritization and governance of cross-BT portfolios, programs or projects, and ensuring successful delivery aligned to the business vision. The Product Line Manager is responsible for high-level tracking, prioritization, value tracking, and governance across a consolidated view of the entire portfolio of work produced by the whole SDG (and all the BPGs within it).Responsibilities:Prioritization of an SDG portfolio including all work within an SDG.Collaborating with BT and business leads to assist in portfolio-level critical issue redressal mechanismsWorking with SDG Leads, Leadership, Business Partners, and Product Line Managers to verify the portfolio priorities, and maintain alignment with business value and long term vision.Preparation for key portfolio-level ceremonies such as Roadmap Reviews, Long Range Planning, Annual Business Reviews, Portfolio Sync, etc.Build, lead, multiply, coach, and manage a team of outstanding individuals providing product management, program management, and business systems analysis for ground-breaking enterprise projects, capability enhancements, and unprecedented partnership.Guide a strategic roadmap of initiatives for techno-functional innovation in the industry-defining environment for cloud-computing business operations.Organize and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap view for products, services, and applications developed to support the enterprise through the unification and management of several product leaders’ roadmaps and strategies.Own strategy for program and product management methodology, standard processes, expectations, and skill assessments for the entire team, upskilling maturity of Tech Services product operating modelApply and evangelize the use of design thinking methodologies and product approach within a wide variety of agile work management frameworks.Champion, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of customers, delivery partners, and operational teams.Quickly embrace awareness and demonstrate command of policies, processes, and programs with discernment of the different pressure points for each.Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, and centers of excellence in coordinating the delivery of complex objectives.Represent and lead diverse delivery functions for large-scale IT program-level initiatives. Delivery lead responsible for team representation at program/project core team and executive steering committee meetings, coordination with customers and external vendors, and collaboration within IT teams for delivery.Accountability for team integrity, product excellence, decision-making, delivery estimates and roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.Communicate: With clarity, brevity, and purpose. Demonstrate your energy and passion when communicating thoughts and ideas.Required Skills/Experience:Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with product, architecture, career, and technical leadershipExperience handling managers and leading a large team of leaders.Deep experience in enterprise products/applications with an emphasis on Infrastructure, Engineering, Information Security, ITIL, and SupportInfrastructure technology experience for large enterprise-scale companies. Software development experience a plusAble to put their hands-on experience to use and work as an individual contributor (when required)Communicate with business and technical audiences. Able to write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken communication skillsFunction independently and as part of a team under bold deadlines in a (really) fast-paced environment, display a solid professional image, exhibit interest and positive attitude toward all assigned work, and strive for continuous improvement.
