We are looking for a new team member to compliment and strengthen our team, bringing new ways of thinking, diverse experience and in turn the ability to further your own career development.Your Responsibilities:A Senior Principal Success Manager in Marketing Cloud Success at Salesforce plays a crucial role in inspiring customers and internal teams to adopt innovative solutions across people, processes and technology. This is a consultative role that collaborates to solve customer challenges and showcase possibility and inspire action at all levels of a customer’s Marketing organization. Meeting with C-level, VP-level, Director-level, management-level and user-level customer contacts, this individual must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical.Oversee Signature and Strategic Marketing Cloud customers with the goal of helping customers achieve business KPIs.With a data first lens, accelerate adoption of Marketing solutions to accelerate the customers personalization, intelligence, engagement and data first agenda.Develop integrated CSG Success Paths to help a customer improve performance and remediate tech debt all while accelerating innovation.Know the Marketing Cloud technology landscape, latest Marketing trends and the customer’s business to recommend solutions and plans to accelerate the customers’ Marketing Cloud entitlements.Leverage Salesforce's Customer Success methodology to partner with digital Marketing roles and build a success strategy focused on implementation, value acceleration and growth.Establish a wide network across the company beyond the success team to leverage the full potential of Salesforce, bringing in technical experts, Success Managers, Executive Sponsors, Product Managers and strategic programs to transform the customer’s businessEstablish relationships with key executives and decision makers to drive adoption and value realization.Influence the mindset of customers by challenging the status quo and constantly deliver innovation to grow our customer’s business.Bring your expertise and experience to each customer interaction to lead a digital change conversation.When appropriate, recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts needed to drive success.Preferred Qualification & Skills:Experienced professional with over 8+ years in Marketing and Marketing Technology.Demonstrated experience leading large teams (by influence or direct reports).Strong business acumen who can demonstrate the impact of Personalization, Intelligence and Customer Engagement on a customers business objectives.Proven results in taking a lead role in working with global enterprise companies that had the value realization at the front of the business drivers for the transition and implementationExperience applying information technology solutions to complex business challengesProven, successful track record in helping enterprises transform their organizations, taking a lead role for overall successA confident communicator with an executive presence, able to clearly explain the program to non-technical and technical audiencesInnovative problem solver and a digital champion, who can advise the customer on new solutions based on customer roadmap and long-term strategic goalsLeadership Qualities:PASSION: Passionate about Customer SuccessBEGINNERS MIND: Always learning, approaches each interaction with open mind, great listener and hands-onURGENCY: Ability to move fast and drive business value and resultsTRUST: Trust the company’s core valuesADAPTABLE: Excels in high levels of uncertainty and changeAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
