Responsibilities & ImpactPartner with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, distill key functionality and value into core product positioning and messaging, and build innovative and differentiated product demonstrations based on a deep understanding of our customers’ top goals and challengesBring our product strategy and roadmap to it to life in launches, new releases, content, campaigns, events, and sales enablementPartner closely with product management, campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers and drive cross-functional alignment on programs to drive pipelineDevelop succinct and effective sales training materials (training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technologyKeep current with technology trends and incorporate emerging technologies into our keynotes and demosRequired Skills 3-8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalentExperience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutionsExpertise in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our corporate messaging, to leading the technical execution in demo videos and demo orgsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and concisely in front of Salesforce executives, vendors, partners, and customersProven track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environmentPhenomenal teammate with a proven ability to lead and inspire through influenceHands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java (some mix), Design tools such as Figma.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)Willingness and flexibility to travel to both domestic and international locations - up to 25% travelPreferred SkillsOutstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.Video design and editing skills including the ability to record and produce polished demo videos using tools like Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or FinalCut.Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platformsB.S. in CS/SE/EE/IS/MIS or related Engineering/Science programs preferredSalesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer) and Trailhead badges a plus.
