The Risk Management team within CR + CR is responsible for building insights on key risks to the business based on myriad quantitative and qualitative data streams. In this role, the Senior Analyst, Data Engineering, will support key analytical components of our Risk Identification and Prioritization efforts. They will be responsible for seeking out new data sources, building data pipelines, merging data sources and building analyses to advance risk identification efforts. They will build strong relationships with stakeholders, across Customer Success, Product and Support teams. They will have significant inputs into the strategic roadmap for the Risk Management team, and be a critical driver of success for this function. Essential Technical Skills:Database Skills: The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL and know about SQL databasesData Warehousing: Understanding the concepts of data warehousing, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data modeling is essentialData Integration: The ideal candidate should be able to integrate data from various sources, such as web services, APIs, and file systemsData Pipelines: Build, test, and maintain database pipeline architecturesData Integrity: Create new data validation methods and data analysis toolsData Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policiesData Visualization: The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
