This position requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. The role requires you to manage internal and external relationships, including working with senior executives; superb written and oral communication skills are essential.Key responsbilities include:Calendar management - coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings etc.Drafting communications to the team, and stakeholders to the marketing organisation.Expense reporting.Maintain organisation charts and email distribution groups.Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, etc.Visa and travel arrangements (domestic and international).Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.Help to support smooth onboarding of new hires joining the team.Required Skills:Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and processStrong teamwork skills; and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalitiesStrong communication -- oral and writtenStrong relationship management skillsAbility to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needsDemonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challengesStrong Google Productivity suite skillsDesired Skills:Degree preferred but not requiredPrevious experience supporting senior management5+ years of applicable administrative experienceSalesforce systems experienceExperience working with Gmail / G-calendar / G-sheets / Slack / Quip would be advantageous but is not essentialAt Salesforce we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people of all ages, people living with a disability, LGBTIQ+ candidates, and people from multi-cultural backgrounds.
