Blue Yonder is seeking a highly skilled and Staff Accountant II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.As the Staff Accountant II, you will be responsible for the day-to-day banking operations and leases management of EMEA entities and you will report to the Accounting Manager.Key Responsibilities:Operate as the primary contact for any banking and leases management matters related to the EMEA entities.Prepares purchase orders for the EMEA Accounting department.Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.Play an integral role with monthly accounting duties assigned to the regional accounting group within a tight monthly closing timetable including journal preparation, reconciliation work and analysis.Reconcile all the balance sheet accounts related to banking and leasing assigned on monthly basis in Blackline.Preparation of Intercompany schedule/reconciliation and invoices from entity and from USA to entity, monthly and settle ICO liabilities.Prepare Balance sheet account schedules and supporting documentation as requested by internal auditors.Coordinate matters with other departments as needed.Work with the rest of EMEA Accounting group in meeting departmental goals and objectives set by senior management.Support accounting projects.Essential2 to 3 years’ experience in an Accounting Shared Services Centre environment, ideally for an international companyExisting recognized accounting qualification or qualified by Experience.Competent in balance sheet reconciliation / good problem solver.Must be fluent in English.Competent in Excel.Sound working knowledge of accounting software (Workday desirable).Knowledge/Experience of Lease management software (Lucernex).#LI-NP1Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
