You will get to work on-hands with our customers who are global leaders in various industry segments. Your mission will be to deliver the maximum satisfaction of our customers solving their issues related to TMS productBlue Yonder Poland has very strong footprint in TMS systems and you will be part of a successful team that is growing quickly. We are supporting mainly customers in EMEA but you will get experience with our global customers as wellAs a support engineer, You’ll be responsible for understanding the functional/technical issues reported by the customer and drive resolution process leveraging Support Operations internal processes and teams.What you will doProvide proactive TMS application support to our customersTriage / analyze the issues using the given toolsetCommunicate with customers and internal stakeholdersDocument and maintain the knowledgeWork in multinational inclusive environmentDemonstrate ownership of assigned tasksBe part of our team helping each other and maintain our company valuesRequirementsGood knowledge and experience with SQLSome experience of Unix/Windows operating systems incl command prompt / bashExperience with tracing / debugging – reading the system logfilesEnjoying communicating with customers and teams – customer’s issue is our issueStrong analytical thinking – you like to solve problemsLanguage: English is our working language, knowledge of any other EU language is strong plusAny previous experience with TMS or supply chain system is a strong plusCloud (Azure preferred, AWS), Log analysis and networking tools (i.e. AppDynamics, Splunk) will be an assetSome experience with integrating systems - you are familiar with formats and transferring methods such as the EDI format and AS2 transferring methodExperience in supporting MuleSoft, webservices (Rest/SOAP PI) based integrations will be an assetWorking in the SaaS/Cloud company and Supply chain industry leader – you will get experience with newest trends and build your career in one of the most dynamic and prospective industriesProfessional induction and onboarding to your role and BY ApplicationsAssessment of your skills and building your development planNumber of potential career opportunities across the companyGreat team of industry experts – knowledge is our passionTrainings - we offer time for learning, internal/external trainings, full access to LinkedIn learningModern office in WarsawMostly remote workEmployment contractOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
