If you have a love of sneakers and sneaker culture, an ownership mentality, can build cross-functional relationships, and are ready to make an exciting move, we would love to hear from you!The OpportunityThe role is to contribute to the overall Sneakers category strategy, supporting demand driving and delivering amazing customer experiences to grow the business.Key Responsibilities:Analyzing business performance metrics and providing recommendationsDrive engagement for eBay Sneakers by leveraging industry insights to develop relevant stories and executions for the business unitOwn business KPIs and data analytics across marketing channelsPlan and execute deals, key cultural, and retail momentsWork with Account and Category Managers to execute strategic initiatives holistically to deliver collaborations, partnerships and improve buyer/seller satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional team to drive cross-merchandising executionsPreferred Qualifications:2-4 years of proven experience in planning, buying, merchandising, or category management in the retail or consumer products industry.
