This includes working with recruiting leaders, hiring managers, IT and other partners to define and implement new recruiting processes, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday Recruiting and be able to work independently and as part of a team.This individual contributor role can be filled as either a hybrid role with proximity to our San Jose office, or as a fully remote role anywhere in the U.S.ResponsibilitiesDeliver innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems in the recruiting and employee onboarding spaceUnderstand and act upon emerging customer needs & opportunities, providing alternate approaches and solutionsLead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Recruiting and other Recruiting technology tools to meet requirements, timelines, and execution standardsDevelop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.Provide production support to deliver excellent operational responseSupport customers with training and change management on new processes and capabilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gainsParticipate and support internal audits, SOX audit cycles, requirements, and documentation.Collaborate with customers across multiple departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.Collaborate with IT team to ensure that integrations are built to address business requirements as requestedDevelop and maintain documentation, including project plans, timelines and status reportsWork cross functionally to help deliver a consumer-like digital experience in WorkdayCollaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver business and technical requirements with solution concepts, scenario maps, process maps, business rules etc.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required3-5 years of progressive hands-on HRIS experience, including experience with HR SaaS based systems5+ years of proven expertise in Workday configuration.Experience with Workday Recruiting support requiredStrong verbal and written communication and follow-up skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of managementAnalytical, able to break down complex problems into root causes and then scalable solutionsCan work independently, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks under minimal directionAdaptable, fast-paced decision-making skills with the ability to drive business resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a service delivery model which includes a shared services organizationPrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software company or previous experience with a medium to large multinational companyAdvanced Workday Experience and/or certifications in Recruiting, HCM Core, , Reporting, Security and Release ManagementAdvanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered and creating custom reports.
