Key responsibilities include :Partnering with Product, Legal, as well as Regional GMs, Trust, Risk and Payments on regulatory response strategy and plans to ensure compliance, negative impact mitigation and, where possible, value creation for eBay and its customersLeading coordination and execution of complex, high profile regulatory projects across multiple stakeholders, functions and geographiesRegularly communicating and presenting to ELT and VPs across the company to ensure alignment and support for recommendations and decisions.Ensuring operational adherence to ensure that we are compliant across multiple areas of the business and significant business impact is appropriately managed.Collaborating with Finance/Analytics; Gov't Relations; GTM and Communications on projects from early governmental discussions through to full executionKeeping abreast of regulatory developments (and assessing implications for eBay), competitive reactions to regulatory changes, and maintaining an understanding of the ecosystem of potential partners and acquisition targets.About you...As a senior leader, you will be strong at stakeholder engagement and working in a matrixed environment. With standout communication skills, you will be confident at presenting at executive level and able to keep leaders regularly updated, flexing style and approach where needed. You will have the ability to drive change and build longer term relationships.With strong examples of cross functional collaboration, you are able to influence teams through an inclusive leadership style that do not report directly to you and timely delivery of projects.With a consistent track record in running complex projects, you are able to stay calm under pressure and deliver results.
