You'll work with your peer Capacity & Forecasting team, Global Service Delivery (GSD), Finance and Transformation teams to co-ordinate forecasted demand & supply changes as a result of GCX business objectives and report on progress against targets spanning multiple channels and locations.About the RoleOwn the monthly engagement cycle with GSD Directors across North America to agree resource plans / future spendBuilding positive relationships within the Planning function to keep tabs on all changes to planAbility to formulate recommendations based upon analysis, data and input from peers and LeadershipConduct annual budget planning for a given planning group(s) in conjunction with Finance providing cost variance analysis to explain movements throughout the yearResearch, develop and deploy new tools and processes to improve control change management within the Global planning teamProvide accurate and relevant insight into variations to forecast for both demand and supplyTake the lead on consolidating annual budget forecasts and maintaining strong financial awareness to budget throughout each monthly cycleAbout YouHybrid opportunity working out of our Salt Lake City, Utah officeExcellent analytical and presentation skills.
