What is the opportunity?
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Enablement professional to join an influential team in a fast-growing SAAS business, supporting and collaborating with the Sales Enablement Program Lead, Sales Operations, Global Sales Leadership, and their respective teams.
As a Sales Enablement Practitioner, your work as an individual contributor will have an enormous influence on assessing the sales team's (business development, sales reps, sales engineers) ability to prospect and sell in a consistent manner, ensuring that new and existing processes and training are adopted and adhered to and that training needs are identified and trained.
Additionally, you should have the preparedness to work in a high-paced agile environment with expert attention to detail and a burning desire to learn continuously. You possess a knowledge of learning and development models for analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and measuring learning programs, you have experience with training users on the use and adoption of the Sales Tech Stack and you are comfortable learning new technologies to assist in driving the sales team forward.
Working Hours: 7 am – 4 pm EST
What Skills do I need?
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, Teaching)
At least 2-3 years' experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Training/Coaching, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in the field
At least 1 year Team Training/Coaching experience with strong capabilities in designing, implementing and executing training programs
A solid knowledge of Sales Methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger etc)
Experience with positively impacting Key Sales KPIs, e.g., win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
Knowledge of sales Tech stack (SFDC, HighSpot, Outreach, GONG, LMS) required, must be comfortable working and training others on technologically.

What will I be doing?
Assessment, Coaching & Support
Assess, identify coaching needs & develop stakeholders by leveraging AI call recording tools e.g., GONG, Sales Methodologies and a deep understanding of internal sales processes
Identify additional training/coaching requirements aligned to the business requirements via call listening, 1:1 meeting with leaders
Assessment/quiz/test creation, management and administration
Capture alignment to best practice using scorecards
Identify opportunities for improvement & create supporting learning programs
Support sales team with ad-hoc training & coaching requirements as well as ad-hoc requests relating to your scope of work.
Cross-team collaboration (Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, etc.) to identify and share key initiatives and resources required for sales
Iterate and improve on the way we assess the Sales Team
Administrative tasks
Sales Process & Tool Training/Updating and Documentation
Train New Hires on Tools/Process/Product and assign/follow up on training courses
Review Tech Stack updates, document and inform/train out the Sales Team on these
Have a deep understanding of the sales process, tech stack and sales resources in order to incorporate them into your assessment, coaching and training initiatives
Tool Administration
Update and create GONG call trackers aligned with an ever-evolving focus
Assist with evolving call script frameworks as we identify new ways of approaching prospects
Create value add content and landing pages on the KMS ,Highspot, adhering to Highspot governance and naming conventions
Create assessments to track and measure capability on key initiatives
Review and update sales SOPs
Reporting
Report out on new hire onboarding accomplishments and milestones
Report back on assessment/training/coaching activities and results
Report out on Tech Stack Tool adoption
Evaluate results of initiatives in order to improve future iterations.
