Senior Software Engineer, Data

Description You can expect to: Work with product managers, our customer support team, and customers to scope projects and build the right solution Build new API integrations and upgrade existing ones Build features end-to-end yourself from idea to solution, as well as with engineers across the company Work on the data pipeline architecture and optimize it for ease-of-development, as well as cost Integrate with our machine learning and data science systems to deliver insights to our customers Work with our infrastructure to scale the system Write technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Experience building backend systems with languages such as Python Experience working with data pipelines such as Airflow Experience working with SQL Good to have: Experience in data engineering technologies like Kafka Experience working in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS Values: These are the values we share as the Northbeam community: Growth mindset - we’re always learning and growing Customer focus - we want to make the customer happy with our product Ownership mentality - we think like owners in the business Radical candor - we’re transparent and give direct feedback to one another Benefits Significant equity package Generous base salary Healthcare Benefits (medical, dental, vision) Travel to meet with the team   Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $115,000-$200,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors (experience, expertise, etc) and may vary from the amounts listed above.
