You will also collaborate with the Pure Trade and Tax organizations to ensure synchronization on trade strategies and the minimization of duties and taxes.    Specific Responsibilities: Develop and lead a team of vendor management, audit, and trade compliance professionals. Create and maintain the service parts logistics network strategy. Be responsible for the selection and management of logistics, transportation, customs brokers and any other supporting vendors within the service parts logistics network. Project manage the implementation and/or changes to the service logistics network. This includes, but is not limited to new depots, transportation providers and logistics vendors. In collaboration with the Director of Customer Fulfillment & Logistics Operations, you will agree and publish key operational metrics. Ensure that all international service parts shipments are compliant with international and country specific requirements.  Determine the optimal service parts valuation and ensure the correct documentation is used to minimize Pure’s tax exposure. Develop invoice auditing policies and procedures to verify that all vendor invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.   WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE… 10+ years plus experience in a senior leadership position within a logistics vendor management organization for service parts within the high-tech industry. A minimum of 7 years of global logistics and trade management experience 5+ years plus of Vendor Management experience in the Service Parts Logistics industry BS in Business Administration or equivalent Licensed Customs Broker is a plus Extensive experience working with third party logistics vendors such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Flash, Choice, etc. Experience using Oracle or SAP (including their Global Trade Management modules) Comprehensive experience using MS Office or Google Docs Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Due to the global nature of Pure’s business, the Job Holder will be expected to travel extensively as required The ability to speak additional languages is a bonus   The annual base salary range is: $131,000 - $232,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
