We are seeking a BI Developer to develop analytics and reporting solutions for internal customers across business and product lines in the Integrated Operations organization. This role is both strategic and tactical; helping uncover insights that lead to improved business velocity and revenue growth.
This role will require timely collaboration between multiple stakeholders to empower decision-making within urgent and time-sensitive windows to formulating longer-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenges presented by working with enterprise data, and is passionate about championing data quality and accuracy.
They will need to possess technical expertise in large scale data warehouses and enterprise data visualization tools with hands-on knowledge of advanced SQL, and preferably experience working with CRM and ERP datasets. Experiences with data engineering and sales organizations are a plus.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and organize raw data.
Build data systems and pipelines.
Ability to interpret business requirements to create data driven prototypes.
Conduct complex data analyses and report on results.
Ability to integrate data from different sources.
Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
Identify opportunities for data acquisition.
Collaborate with data architects and other lead developers on several projects.
Produce reporting and process documentation to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
Strong time management, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a virtual, team-oriented environment and can work well on both collaborative and independent projects.
Ability to collaborate with Tableau developers to understand the data related requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Requirements and skills:
Degree in Computer Science, information systems, or similar field; a Master’s is a plus.
5+ years of business intelligence or related experience
Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
Exposure to dimensional data modeling
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Javascript and Python)
Hands-on experience with writing intermediate to complex SQL.
Great numerical and analytical skills
Familiarity with software development processes like SDLC/Agile methodologies.
