Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supply chain projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
Plan, execute and monitor supply chain projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project objectives are achieved within budget and timeline constraints
Develop project plans and schedules, identify project risks and mitigation strategies, and lead project team meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance, to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and implement process changes
Monitor project progress and communicate project status to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed
Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, and promoting teamwork and collaboration
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices and process improvements
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience of supply chain engineering and/or product management experience
3+ years developing automated supply chain solutions
7+ years MS Office
Knowledge of supply chain systems and processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
