We’re looking for a collaborative, competitive and hard-working individual with true entrepreneurial spirit. This is a multifaceted role aligning Diligent’s sales and marketing teams to generate targeted awareness of our Modern Governance Solutions, drive outbound opportunities and accelerate new partnerships.   Our team is highly focused on achieving goals and delivering results, we’re passionate about growing individuals and pathing the way for a successful career. If you have a passion for pushing the boundaries and becoming a true brand ambassador, this is the perfect role for you!   Key Responsibilities   Generate a high activity rate with initial meetings coming from your own sales prospecting efforts   Maintain a high initial meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate by using great commercial messaging   Execute on Diligent’s commercial motion: understand first, demonstrate second, sell last and qualify using MEDDICC methodology (we will show you how!)   Effective pipeline management by using Salesforce and our MEDDICC grader to enhance win rates and improve forecasting   Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets   Operate with speed because all else being equal, the company that executes fastest wins   Required Experience, Skills and Values:   A willingness to learn the MEDDICC methodology, because how you sell is more important than what you sell   Clear focus on the customer and the future and how we can improve their business   A collaborative mindset because enterprise sales is a team sport   Ability to conduct great discovery because how well you understand a problem determines how well you solve it   A sense of humor because you do not have to be serious all the time in order to be taken seriously   A growth mindset and desire for continuous learning    FLSA Status : Non Exempt What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
