Job Overview:
As our Global Implementation Associate, you will join our Core Account Services Team to own the implementations of our standard enterprise customer or partners. Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact at scale across all of our customers and partners. This role is also very cross-functional. You can expect to work with members within our sales, customer/partner success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services, and legal teams in service of Coursera’s growth and long-term success .
Responsibilities:
Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s product on time according to the customer/partner requirements with high quality and contribute to building implementation methodology
Manage projects by both leveraging customer/partner relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
Find scalable solutions and strategies which help us in defining implementation methodology, create project documentation, procedures, and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope, and the timeline for the project
Onboard customers/partners on Coursera’s product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution
Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel insights and client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years in customer-facing roles in a high growth organization
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
Ability to adapt quickly to fast changing environment and processes to drive efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
A passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
Proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centricity
Entrepreneurial mindset
