Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike is currently seeking a National Alliances Manager responsible for managing the Optiv partnership within the Americas.  This individual will work with Optiv to drive increased engagement with CrowdStrike and Optiv sales teams to generate new partner sourced pipeline and revenue.  The role requires strong knowledge & relationships from the Optiv and the Optiv sales regions. Success in this role will require: experience leading the Optiv partnership where you have demonstrated success in building & executing a clearly defined partner plan which led to incremental growth and profitability. It will also require a candidate with a strong executive presence, comfortable with making executive level presentations, navigating and leading through complex situations, and positively influencing key decision makers within the Optiv partnership.What You'll Do:Intentional and focused approach to drive new Partner Sourced pipeline and closed won revenueMature and increase engagement between Optiv and CrowdStrike’s sales, alliance organizations across all levels  Strong understanding of Optiv Sales and Services with experience and success in building & launching joint offerings within Optiv Advisory, Consulting, and Managed Services teamsWork cross functionally with CrowdStrike Marketing and enablement to build and launch National program initiatives.Proactively communicate and set cadence with Optiv partner manager, sales leadership, Marketing and operations to ensure joint growth and success of the yearly plan  Align with CrowdStrike Alliance Managers to ensure national strategy is being executed regionally across aligned Enterprise + Corporate accountsEstablish strategic Go To Market campaigns that drive new synergies between CrowdStrike and OptivEnsure bi-directional alignment with the executive organizations at CrowdStrike and OptivDevelop, manage and report on Optiv sales pipeline, deal registrations and bookings against goals and other key metrics.What You'll Need:Minimum 5-7 years of experience working directly with Optiv with proven record of joint success.10+ years of Channel sales experience with Large National/Multinational partners, with a proven track record of quota over-achievement.A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality possessing strong organizational, presentation, and communication skillsComfortable with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to influence at senior levelsConsistently demonstrate and lead with CrowdStrike’s core valuesPreferred Qualifications Previous sales experience in the Information Security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies. #LI-CL1#LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
