You will deliver enterprise-wide learning solutions to enable continuous growth and development of CS employees. In this role, you will own end-to-end learning programs and experiences in partnership with the enterprise-wide L&D team, including key success program metrics and goals, managing relationships with external consultants and vendors, partnering with internal subject matter experts, key stakeholders, and establishing communication and scaling plans. This role will also lead the development and evolution of Employee Experience (EX) programs that ensure the consistent delivery of impactful employee experiences across the entire employee lifecycle/journey. This includes coordinating and facilitating the new hire onboarding processes for APJ, supporting global and regional recognition programs, and delivering company-wide employee engagement and wellness programming.This role requires a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
