Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Senior Partner/Alliances Operations Analyst role is a global role responsible for the planning, execution, and management of the capabilities needed to support our Partner/Alliances go to market business. The role will lead the digital transformation of our Partner Experience across targeted, prioritized capabilities. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability through self-service, and represent the Partner across various cross-functional teams.What You'll Do:Subject matter expert and single point of contact for assigned Partner capabilitiesInterface with IT teams, providing, prioritization, user stories, user acceptance testingInterface with GTM Program teams to understand business priorities and respective policiesInterface with business architecture team for process documentation and inter-dependencies for Partners across the companyCreate and maintain a prioritized list of enhancements and roadmap of deliverablesCreate supporting documentation and work instructionsLead change management, including documentation creation and handoff to Partner field teamsCreate and manage metrics – adoption, SLA, support – identifying opportunities to constantly improve and streamline processes, leading the execution of improvement cross-functionallyCreate and maintain a governance model for assigned capabilitiesCreate a maintenance process to ensure high level of data and system hygienePoint of escalation for the Partner operations field teamsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree5+ years of Partner Operations experience in a fast-growing SaaS companyExperience managing key capabilities such as Deal Registration, Partner On-boarding, Partner CPQ and Order Processing, Partner Training and CertificationsStrong proficiency with SFDC/Salesforce.comStrong analytical background and ability to flush out anomaliesBe a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-mindedExcellent presentation and communication skillsExpertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and BI (Domo a plus)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity#LI-Remote#LI-JN1#LI-HK1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
