We are looking for a professional with Civil Engineering and Construction experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts, worldwide.You will join Premium Support Services (PSS) group within the Customer Success Organization as part of our 2000+ person Worldwide Field Operations organization – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. Premium Support Services group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in customer success plansInnovating and delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoptionMinimum QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry needs and workflowsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineeringExpert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil 3d, Infraworks in a production EnvironmentAdditional knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360 cloud solutions, Dynamo, Forge, Generative design3 - 4 years Architectural Engineering, Construction, Civil or related field experienceProven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience with creating and maintaining technical contentAble to manage several projects at a time, setting the right prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audienceStrong communicator in English and able to build relationship at all levelsTeam player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility teamThe Ideal CandidateCourageous - You have hard conversations to get to better outcomes.
