The Program Manager, MID Operations will create and drive processes and infrastructure to enable the MID team to thrive, supporting the implementation of key initiatives to drive business growth. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with leadership in the areas of Engineering, Product Marketing, and Experience Design in a fast-paced Agile environment. It will report to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, and will be involved in operations management, as well as developing and leading technical programs such as Security and Compliance.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders and across competing prioritiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and marketing to ensure a smooth development processSupport the management team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution – present to different levels within the organizationCollaborate directly with business leadership around strategic prioritiesDirect leadership and operational communications to key audiences and stakeholders, as well as writes business-wide communicationsMinimum QualificationsAbility to build strong relationships and interact with teams across organizationsSuccess and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through influenceAbility to work with cross‐functional teams to solve problems and drive resultsExperience in operations-led transformation, preferably in a start-up environment8+ years of relevant experienceLocation: Open to any US or Canadian location. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $126,200 and $204,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
