You thrive at designing strategic plans to develop revenue pathways for both sales and technical sales teams through the creation and implementation of sales playbooks and other collateral.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Autodesk Tandem during strategic planning cycles, supporting the corporate strategic realization and related go-to-market activities, effectively communicating strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve goals both internally and externallyDevelop the strategy for maximizing the use of Autodesk Tandem in targeted industry segments including determination of size and buying power for development of compelling sales plays and outcome-based customer conversation startersDevelop and execute "designed in" programs and long-term strategy with Owner’s ecosystem to achieve proliferation of downstream adoptionSupport long-term revenue growth strategies to bring about a cohesive, aligned, and integrated sales development plan by collaborating with cross functional teams working on industry-related development, marketing, and sales componentsDevelop a strong partnership with global Sales, demand generation and enablement counterparts to create and execute sales development programs enabling successful customer outcomes and resulting in the development of a qualified sales pipelineTransition proven sales development programs to Sales Management teams for continued success and broad execution. Serve as the main point of contact for competitive sales programs including partnering with internal and external resources to achieve sales and competitive replacements in accountsIncrease business by driving sales, industry literacy and technical capability internally and externally by working closely with the Channel and Channel Readiness Teams. Works with partners to uncover opportunities for competitive replacement and wider use of Autodesk TandemStay current on competitors' strengths and weaknesses to create winning competitive strategies and tactics by working collaboratively with the industry strategy teamsCoordinates a variety of deliverables and sales assets to influence decision maker thinking including templates, playbooks, sales training curriculum, industry solution white papers, success stories, technology presentations, and workshopsSpeak and represent company at events including trade shows. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,800 and $172,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
