This is where you help us achieve our mission.Your Day to Day As a Retention Analyst, you would be working on:Supporting Customer Retention Leaders by analyzing retention trends for selected products. Own weekly pacing updates, month end performance readouts, and renewal forecasting process. Involves interfacing with various departments and management levels in a professional manner.Variance Analysis - applying your business knowledge to investigate performance outlooks against business targets and conducting root cause analysis to uncover factors driving performance. Go above and beyond initial analysis requests by determining what questions we should be asking; proactively provide answers to the next logical questions before they are asked.Reconcile data each week/month and submit manual adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.Understanding the company databases and sifting through large data sets to pinpoint meaningful findings. You will own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of standard reporting, developing efficiencies where possible.What We’re Looking ForAs a Retention Analyst your background will look like:Business-related BS degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, business operations, or similar roles (experience within SaaS a plus).Excellent system skills within the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly with Excel (BI visualization tools, SQL a plus).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Smart, thorough, and able to work independently. Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload.Strong strategic thinker and problem solver; has a big-picture perspective and the ability to consider all relevant information when making recommendations.Personable; able to work as a member of a team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments.You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts. Learn more. rpjAnnual Base Salary Range: $64,500 - $84,500 - $106,000The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
