This is where you help us achieve our mission.Your Day to Day As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you would be working on:Architecting, building, publishing, and maintaining performant and reliable data models and pipelines using SQL.Designing and building data automation (ETL) to convert production system data into formats that power reporting and complex analysis.Creating Tableau dashboards and reports to support retention analytics; involves interfacing with various departments and management levels in a professional manner.Understanding the company databases and sifting through large data sets. Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of standard reporting, developing efficiencies where possible.What We’re Looking ForAs a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst your background will look like:Business-related BS degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in business operations, business intelligence, data analyst or similar roles.Advanced skills in ETL development, SQL, BI visualization tools (Tableau), Python (a plus), and Excel.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Smart, thorough, and able to work independently.Personable; able to work as a member of a team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal: ability to simplify and explain complex analyses.You’ll be working towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts. Learn more. rpjAnnual Base Salary Range: $87,000 - $114,500 - $144,000The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
