We work closely with our UX design and research counterparts, as well as engineers, product and marketing managers, customer support specialists, localization experts, and others to craft people-focused content at various stages of the product lifecycle. Our audience numbers in the hundreds of millions and includes ordinary end users, subject matter experts, and highly technical IT administrators. Our practice is grounded firmly in the principles of plain language. We follow in-house style but rely on instinct, experience, and creative license when needed. We seize opportunities to delight but scale it back when minimalism is the right call. We meet regularly to share our work, offer feedback, and commiserate about grammar offenses and other writerly stuff. Your Day to DayAs a Senior Content Designer Do you love writing microcopy? Are you a stickler for style and happy to debate the merits of the serial comma? Can you wear all the editorial hats – writer, editor, copyeditor, proofreader – while also juggling UX principles, user needs, research findings, stakeholder input, bug fixes, and tight release schedules? We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Content Designer to help us design, build, and launch an exciting new software solution that will revolutionize the way people work. It’s new territory for us and we’re just getting started, so you’ll be coming in on the ground floor to help us shape a brand-new product experience through words. This is not a marketing, social media, or tech writing gig – it’s 100% content design, UX writing, and product content strategy.
