Manager, System Test Engineering

We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager who will work in test solutions group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for System products. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. Make the choice to join our growing team today!What you will be doing:Define manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across Embedded and Automotive product segments.Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize product quality and efficiency.Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.Review and provide feedback for DFT in early design stages.Define test automation frameworks and tools, including developing test scripts and test fixtures.Lead and advise a team of engineers to oversee a product line.Guide teams in resolving technical problems.What we need to see:6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.Experience with designing and executing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are considered to be the technology industry's best employers.
