Make the choice to join us today.We are seeking an outstanding candidate for ESD & Latch-up test engineer who will plan and implement ESD and latch-up qualification tests of GPU and Tegra products for ensuring world class reliability.What you will be doing:Plan and complete ESD and Latch-up qualification for new and revised productsDevelop HBM, CDM, I-test, and V-supply overvoltage stress programs in accordance with JEDEC/AEC standardsCollaborate with external vendors to design and build ESD and LU test fixtures, including test boards, test sockets, and thermal plungersPerform ESD and LU characterization on test chips with new IO interfaces/ESD structuresUpdate test status to internal teams on a regular basis.Debug weaker pins and work with the FA and Design Teams to identify the cause and implement improvementsMaintain and calibrate various in-house testers, including ESD HBM and Latch-up testers, CDM testers, 2-pin tester, and TLP testerUpdate and maintain the ESD and LU database and webpagesWhat we need to see:Familiarity with JEDEC and AEC standards for ESD and LU testingHands-on experience with MK4 and Orion testers for ESD and Latch-up stress program developmentStrong understanding of CMOS I/O circuits and ESD protection structuresProficiency in analyzing IC electrical test dataSome experience with 93K tester program development2+ years of related experienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field or equivalent experienceWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
