We are hiring an ATE/SLT Lab Hardware Engineer who will work in the test hardware solution team at NVIDIA. Through HW expertise you will explore challenge areas of thermal & test equipment to find the right solutions to support lab users. NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Make the choice to join our growing team today!What you'll be doing:Work on hardware/Setup troubleshooting and root causing in ATE/SLT lab. Provide solutions and preventive actions. Hardware includes socket, thermal plunger, PCB, chiller, and handler.Drive a DOE from collecting/analyzing engineering data and making recommendations to provide the best solutions.Review mechanical design drawings and make recommendations for improvement.Coordinate work with teams and vendors.Drive projects and conduct meetings with multi-functional teams.On-duty lab supports. Weekend support is vital.What we need to see:Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. EE or ME related degrees are preferred.At least 2+ years of experience in IC test, or hardware engineering experiences.Fully capable to read mechanical drawings and to understand mechanical and electrical circuit/knowledge. Knowing IC testing knowledge and testing hardware is a plus.Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions and preventive actions.Have the ability to repair and solder tiny things like socket pin, electric wire, and capacitor/resistor.Able to lift 25 pounds load board for a brief period of time for transportation.Know prevention and control of electrostatic discharge (ESD)Good communication and customer service skills.The base salary range is $92,000 - $155,250.
