We are seeking an outstanding market research Sr Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of NVIDIA’s products, having advanced tool and analytical skills, with accuracy and great attention to detail, and ability to complete to Company’s timelines. This is a highly visible role within Finance for an upbeat individual who thrives with inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:You will own market research, analytics, and insights of the Automotive Business.Key Finance business partner to the Automotive Business leadership team.Lead cross functional collaboration with regional sales and Finance teams as well as Business leaders to quantify and analyze international markets, owning market sizing and segmentation data.Identify, communicate, and monitor financial risks and opportunities, and translate same - in close collaboration with product team controllers – into executable actions to improve financial performance.Develop and report of key performance metrics and dashboards to measure markets and financial performanceWhat we need to see:A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance/Business/Marketing, Math, Operations Research, Statistics, Decision Sciences, or related field. MBA a plus8+ years’ experience in market research, analytics, and customer insightsExperienced analytical skills and sophisticated financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insightAbility to define and drive new processes and analytics and influence business decisionsDetailed orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completenessHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Work well under pressure and within deadlines.Strong communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the CompanyThe base salary range is $148,000 - $230,000.
