We are seeking an outstanding Revenue Data Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both informative and measurable, enabling effective decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:Contribute to developing a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics to be used across the company, driving consistency and completeness in reporting and decision-making.Craft and build comprehensive reports and dashboards for end-to-end business analytics of company processes, enabling data-driven insights and performance tracking.Act as a data translator, guide users to understand and apply the single source of truth while building strong partnerships across Sales and Finance departments.Implement data engineering tasks to handle disparate data sources, managing manual processes with a focus on continuous improvement contribution to the single source of truth data repository.Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction, using data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives.What we need to see:3+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, working closely with business stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI, and Alteryx or KNIME. Strong data modeling skills in SQL are important.Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics. MBA is a plus.Demonstrated success in driving data-driven business growth and operational improvements in a similar industry or role.Experience in presenting findings from data analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.Proven ability to design and implement change management plans, driving new processes and analytics that influence business decisions and outcomes.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and inspiring change and process improvement.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Knowledge or experience in salesforce, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP HANA, SAP BW implementations.Experience in Linux, SAP HANA SQL, or Microsoft Graph.Experience in code version management solutions like git or SVN.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
