Payroll Analyst

We are now looking for a Payroll Accountant.We are looking for an experienced payroll accountant to overview daily payroll function in our company. This role is in Finance team based out of NVIDIA’s Global Resource Center (GRC) in Bangalore, India and reports directly to the GRC Finance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be collating inputs for processing of India payroll, compliance with local laws, improve payroll process efficiency and assisting in internal and external audits.What you will be doing:Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and regulations.Reviewing payroll file received from consultant, recording journals per policies of company and preparing reconciliation of payroll ledgers.Onboarding of new employee by processing their paperwork and collecting all details needed for the pay run.Coordinate ESPP Enrollment of employees, collaborating with HR & Payroll partners on a regular basis.Calculation of final salary payment for leavers.Ensuring that all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner for audit purposes.Tracking of PF transfers, e-nominations, Gratuity declarations, Form 11 declarations etc.Resolve employee clarifications and educate them about policyWhat we need to see:Graduate with 4 to 5 years of work experience in India Payroll functions.Good knowledge of SAP.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Good collaboration, influencing and communication skills.Strong teammate with global approach, equally successful at working independently or in large groups.Way to stand out from crowd:Understanding of statutory requirements pertaining to payroll administration.Highly organized with attention to details.
