Pricing Process OwnerDescription -Sales and Category Experience is part of the broader Sales Operations organization where we aim to Personalize the Experience of Sellers by enabling them to be more efficient and effective in their selling journey.As the Peripherals Pricing Process Owner, you will be in charge of the End-to-End Process ownership, mapping and improvements roadmap (pricing rules, exceptions, promos, deal creation, deal approval) for HyperX, HP Classics and further for PolyJob DescriptionThe role is responsible for understanding the Peripherals Pricing processes to understand and improve overall ecosystem and interaction amongst the teams involved, including the improvement of our Sales Reps´ day to day experience. Goal is to identify and propose opportunities to improve this experience as well as manage the improvement’s roadmap, define governance and needed organizational interlocks. Responsibilities: End to end operational process ownership& improvements roadmap (pricing rules, exceptions, promos, deal creation, deal approval) for HyperX, HP classics and further for PolyPricing Governance across Category, Sales, Compliance, Bid desk, Ops etcInterlocks with D&TO tools& capabilities ecosystem& POAScope: Contractual, Transactional and Promo Pricing for all categoriesCollaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.Leads efforts to utilize standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches. Identifies the need for new processes as well as significant improvements to major processes and drives their development and implementation.Establish overall process documentationIdentify and address process gapsEstablish process measures and ensure the right monitoringProvide process expertise in business decisionsSupport stakeholders to ensure process complianceEstablish the link between process and toolsCollaborate with Leadership, identify stakeholders and interview staff at all levels of the organization.Identify key organizational change management and training needs that recommended process redesign will have Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.May hold master’s or advanced degree in related field such as an MBALean Six sigma Green or Black belt certification is highly desiredTypically, 8+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge and Skills: Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skillsAbility to lead complex process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts and has thorough understanding of change management processes and procedures.Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.Strong financial and business acumen.Good understanding of HP Processes and tools.Understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementationProven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven. Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and direction of world class change management. Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.
