Together we challenge convention, pushing each other to surprise the world.    The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs and Social platforms. The Programmatic Activation Manager will manage the team with expertise in data driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities:  Oversee a group of 3-4 DSP Traders, focused on HPs key LATAM markets and business units Oversee planning, buying, trafficking, and optimization of all programmatic media channel advertising efforts with accountability of media channel performance to goal   Responsibility to help build a brand-new team inside the largest producer of Printers and PCs in the world.   Translation of media brief into tactical plans maintaining alignment with media strategy and non-programmatic channels while making sure to drive the business forward through innovation.  Navigation of consumer and commercial datasets from the DMP and other sources Drive and develop innovation strategies within HP’s programmatic practice  Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes  Develop and oversee execution of media testing and optimization  Contribute actionable performance highlights and recommendations for regular campaign reporting deliverables   Requirements:  Approximately 5+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment, minimum 3 year of media buying experience including self-service RTB/Programmatic, minimum 2 years of people management experiencePromotion from a hands on keyboard trading role recently, to oversee a team of traders. Working knowledge of DV360, Amazon, Trade Desk and other key DSPs Strong working knowledge of digital advertising workflow, measurement, optimization, and testing methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including conducting executive level presentations  Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork  Previous experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects of scale  Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination   Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience  Working proficiency in English and Spanish Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
