Together we challenge convention, pushing each other to surprise the world.    The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, Social, and Search platforms. This role will help to support media activation teams with measurement implementation, trafficking and reporting.   Key responsibilities:  Collaborate with the Programmatic, Search and Social media buying team to develop media testing and measurement plans. Help to manage outsourced trafficking teams. Oversee all aspects of digital AdOps efforts related to HP’s in-house media buying efforts ensuring adherence to naming conventions, trafficking best practices, and processes. Oversee the deployment of, Viewability, Brand Safety, and Fraud software along with regular monitoring. Help with development of AdOps best practices and continued refinement of naming conventions for HP’s in-house media efforts. Drive Insights from media data, looking for the Why vs. What?  Collection and validation of data, to make sure weekly reporting for marketing teams is accurate. Sharing insights with marketing but also with trading teams to allow for stronger and better optimization.  Requirements:  Approximately 1-2 years of experience in a media agency or similar environment Knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and Brand Safety/Viewability vendors (Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Moat) Experienced in linking disparate data sources Understanding of ad server log files Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination   Understanding of HTML 5 and JavaScript for tag troubleshooting Bachelor's degree Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
