We are seeking interns in the areas of Finance and Accounting who are eager to learn and willing to take on new and challenging tasks. In return, we’ll provide on-the-job and specialized training to help you hit the ground running. Working in a fast-paced, professional setting provides interns with invaluable experience, while applying the knowledge and skills learned in school in a business environment. You will also have the opportunity to learn how Genesys operates globally and how we make a significant impact our industries and communities. Our Intern positions are usually for 8 - 12 weeks of full-time work during the Summer months.Key Responsibilities:As a Strategic Finance Intern, you will be responsible for a variety of projects or series of process improvements in one or more of the following areas.Financial Planning & Analysis:  Accountable for the corporate budget, forecasting processes and variance analysisInvestor Relations: Responsible for various competitive benchmarking, investor narrative and communication responsibilitiesQualifications:Applicants should be a current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting, with relevant coursework completedStrong analytical and computer skills, specifically with Microsoft SuiteGreat communication skills both written and verbalProven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to learn quicklyAccuracy and attention to detail, very organizedDesirable Skills:Trustworthy with highest level of integrity and respectGood teamwork skills, ability to establish and maintain strong working relationshipsSolid record of past work experience and/or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activitiesAbout Us:Genesys® powers more than 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences each year.
