Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the IP industry & work on different projects. We are looking for a senior level support for a variety of projects within the business organization. In this role, you will contribute to implementation of solutions that address critical business challenges.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And AccomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field5+ years’ experience of working as a Business Analyst (with at least 5 years of experience in Software development)At least 5 years of experience in MS Office 365, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.At least 4-year business-to-business customer facing experience and strong customer orientationProficient level of English language (C1)It would be great if you also had . . .Experience as a self-starter as a senior/leaderExperience leading the business analysis of a specific medium-sized software application or the major component of a large software application (from start to finish), must include Agile and waterfall methodology.Experience with Microsoft Suite, JIRA/Confluence and other types of Business Analysis IT applicationsConsistent, positive attitude, as well as great organizational, analytical and communication skills; demonstrated attention to detail & great negotiation while working under pressure  & capability to develop a thorough knowledge of all branding activity within product and operationsDesire to remain in and grow an exciting career within a dynamic, innovative companyBasic knowledge of trademark industry knowledge; experience with business process improvement is a plus & experience with business intelligence toolsWhat will you be doing in this role?Project work requires: 1) Gathering and analyzing business requirements 2) Developing functional specifications 3) Creating project plans 4) Working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met 5) Developing and executing test plans 6) Documenting project progress and results 7) Troubleshooting and resolving issues 8) Staying up-to-date on industry trendsContribute to implementation of solutions that address critical business challenges.Complete impact analyses for assigned initiatives and work with all relevant business stakeholders to drive decision making and delivery of effective, efficient solutions.
