Job Title: Senior Manager, AccountingClarivate is looking for an experienced candidate to join our accounting team based out of Noida, India. Reporting to Director, Accounting, you would be responsible for managing legal entity controllership team.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Must be an CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance with 8-12 years of experienceSound knowledge of US GAAP or IFRSExperience with month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and commentary.Experience with statutory reporting as per local GAAPProficient in managing teamKnowledge of SOX ControlsStrong stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of accounting and reporting ERPs like Oracle, NetSuite, Blackline, OneStream, etc.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Good communication and interpersonal skillsIt would be great if you also had . . .  Previous experience of working with a listed organizationSound analytical skills & attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat will you be doing in this role? Month End ReportingEnsure month end close activities including finalization of Income Statement and Balance Sheet as per USGAAP are completed accurately on time.Balance Sheet and Income Statement monthly flux/variance analysis to prior period Reviewing Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation. Monitoring and clearing of “Required Adjustment” or aged items before close of next monthReview and Coordination with Centralized Process team for Accrual/Prepaid/Bank Reconciliation/Intercompany, etc. Collaborate with external consultants and advisors.Local Statutory ReportingEnsure compliance with local statutory timelines for financials statements Review of USGAAP to Local GAAP reconciliation.Coordination with External Auditors for Annual Financial StatementsOther TasksReview and sign off on SOX Controls Integration of acquired entities for your regionSupport with various finance initiativesAbout the TeamThe accounting team at Clarivate is responsible for legal entity monthly reporting as per USGAAP, statutory financial statements as per local GAAPs, balance sheet reconciliation, income statement and balance sheet reviews, and supporting various finance initiatives across the group.Hours of Work  Monday to Friday –Shift timing as per business requirement.Location - NoidaAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
