If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:THE POSITIONSales Operations Analyst will drive and align with the WW Sales and Global Operations teams in managing Strategic accounts and execution to supply agreements, including sales forecasting, supply and demand optimization.Full time in San Jose, CA office.WHAT YOU WILL DOResponsible for review and reporting of revenue forecasting and bookingsPartner with sales leaders to define, set up, and operationalize key processes, including Sales Forecasting, Sales Reporting, and Analytics, and Operations.Work with various Broadcom internal partners (Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales Management, and Product Group) to drive continuity of supply and process improvement.Implement and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.Implement and maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment including historical data analysis, waterfall analysis, trending analysis, etc.Participate in the development of regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows.Take the lead in performing daily sales administration and operations tasks including forecast management, customer demand fulfillment, leading customer level supply commitment.Understand customer agreement obligations (i.e. supply, revenue)Responsible for the retrieving and filtering of critical demand data to support supply decisions with greatest impact to the businessOther duties as assigned and in support of Corporate initiativesWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED12+ years of Sales Operations experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Interpret and analyze data to lead decision makingStrong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills.Organized, detailed oriented, thorough, and able to handle heavy workloads and deadlines.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of critical information.Knowledge of the Semiconductor industry and experience in supply chain management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Data Analytics tools ((i.e. Incorta, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $129,000 - $215,000.OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
